Employers are solely responsible for their postings on the website, including applicants screening questions, and organization descriptions and/or profiles. Jobtrekker cannot guarantee the quantity of candidate responses each job posting will receive. All job postings may be edited or removed at anytime during the job-posting period. No refunds or credits will be granted. Employers who have active job listings on this Website may use the resume search feature and may contact any candidate directly; Jobtrekker does not validate the information that candidates submit to the site. Employers will be held legally liable and responsible for our losses if they permit use of their assigned user name and password by others. Employers assume the responsibility of the information that is provided. Second parties may not receive resumes for any employer by website, fax, mail, phone or email. Jobtrekker may suspend any account and/or deny resume access with no refund if we receive a complaint from a candidate that they were solicited by anyone other than a first party employer that has an opportunity listed on this Website. We reserve the right to exclude solicitations and second party access to this information. No Refunds will be provided.
