WorkCabin is committed to respecting the privacy concerns of its visitors to this website. WorkCabin has created this privacy policy (the “policy”) to establish guidelines that will govern the collection, use, protection and disclosure of the personal and non-personal information of its visitors.

By registering on this website, by submitting your resume or any information through the use of this website, or by otherwise accessing this website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the policies and practices described for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information.

Resumés posted on this website are accessed by employers, recruiters, human resource professionals and other registered users of this website’s resumé database. WorkCabin makes every effort through terms and conditions and through the use of user IDs and passwords to restrict those who have access to the resume database from using resumés other than for the purpose of fulfilling a job posting. However, WorkCabin cannot guarantee that all employers, human resource professionals, recruiters and other persons with access will adhere to the limitations that WorkCabin imposes on them, or that unauthorized persons will not gain access to the database. If at any time you would like your resumé removed from this website, you may do so by using the “delete resumé” function located on your resume in your account. However, employers, human resource professionals, recruiters and others who have subscribed, or have registered access to the resumé database, or for whose job posting you may have applied, may already have retained a copy of your resumé in their own systems and databases.

If you wish to have your account deleted, please contact us at admin@workcabin.ca and we will delete your account.

In addition to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, the disclosure, use and collection of your resumé is governed by the terms and conditions of use of this website. A copy of the terms and conditions can be obtained from the home page of this website.
