Our season runs from March until November.
The Out-Trip Food Coordinator organizes and packs the food for the many SPL out-trips and therefore needs to be very systematic and organized. The trips may be for one to ten days and as many as twenty-four groups of twelve can be out during the same week. You need to be able to work fast! The OTF Coordinator gets plenty of support from the Programs and Kitchen staff and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
If you are the go to food person for your trips or are super organized you’ll be a great fit!
