In-school adventure program instructor opportunity in the Richmond Hill region.
Working with a co-instructor, you will teach Junglesport’s wall climbing and ropes course programs to students in schools. As we are a mobile business, you will also help set up and take down our climbing Jungle Gym each week.
What we are looking for in candidates:
Experience working with young people aged 5-16.
Experience in the recreation or education industry. Climbing experience beneficial, but not essential
Strong interpersonal communication skills, diligence and professionalism.
Post secondary certificate, preferred diploma or degree with an emphasis in education/recreation
A minimum of 1 year of related recreational/education experience.
Valid driver’s license
Vulnerable sector police check is mandatory for work in schools
