Job Description


Job Description: Primary role will be a boat driver/guide for the summer season. Guides are required to drive boat for all days of the summer season. Additional camp duties must be performed as well as the guiding duties.


Duties (required and not limited to): Boat driver, lunch preparation (shore lunch), camp chores, housekeeping tasks, breakfast and dinner prep in camp


Typical day:           6:30: wake up call, help with breakfast prep

7:30: Breakfast

8:00: Departure from dock (guide will fish with 2 guests)

8-12: AM fishing

12:00: Shore lunch at designated lunch site on lake

1-5:30: Afternoon Fishing

5:30: All boats required back to camp

5:30-6:30: Fish cleaning/packaging, Boat prep for next day (clean/ fill gas), meal prep

6:30: Supper meal

7-7:30: Supper dishes


Job requirements: Must be guest oriented, personable in boats and a good communicator, no boating experience required but highly suggested. Must be willing to complete housekeeping tasks and camp chores when called upon.

Ex: Cleaning and preparing cabins for new guests (Saturday is guest change over day), meal preparation. Misc maintenance on boats
