We are looking for an all round watersport instructor (preferably female) to join our small team in the British Virgin Islands, starting Nov 2010. Qualifications required include Windsurf Level 1 instructor, and ability to teach surfing. Duties are varied and include beginner instruction in surfing and windsurfing; guiding kayak/snorkel tours, maintenance of equipment and assisting with rental deliveries. Divemaster qualification and administrative experience a bonus but not necessary. We are looking for a highly motivated and hard working individual who works well on their own initiative.
