Guest Services Agents:

Guest Services Agents (GSAs) are the face of WildPlay and therefore a critical part of our team. GSAs ensure that our guests’ expectations are exceeded by delivering consistently excellent service and by going the extra mile. Providing friendly, confident and knowledgeable service, GSAs welcome guests, take reservations, check guests in, and guide guests efficiently through the front end of their visit to WildPlay. GSAs help guests with their decision-making, conduct smooth front-desk transactions and maintain a professional and welcoming space.
