Skills/Certs/Experience:
-Relevant background, work history & education in adventure based learning, experiential education or similar field.
-Experienced in group facilitation & group dynamics
-Belay & safety skills for top-rope climbing or ropes courses
-Low & High ropes certifications or training
-Current First Aid & CPR-C
