Applicants should be: 1. enamored of the wild places and feel the need to promote and protect them. 2. respectful of ancient cultures and welcoming of the opportunity to learn from them. 3. capable of consistently delivering impeccable professional service to the world's most discerning clientele. 4. able to work well in a group setting by contributing and creating solutions. 5. able to live in close quarters with team members long -term (3--4 months). Positions for fishing guides, both salt-water and fresh water flyfishing (must be able to instruct in casting, fly tying and other aspects of the sport), wilderness guides (kayaking certification, gps navigations skills needed) and a variety of in house positions.
